Google Business Profile Transparency

Fix My Brand is an independent marketing agency. We do not belong to, represent or have an affiliation with Google.

Ownership and access

• The client always retains primary ownership of the Business Profile.
• Fix My Brand is added only as a manager, never as the primary owner.
• We do not request or share passwords. The owner sends an official manager invitation.
• After cancellation, we remove our access within a maximum of seven business days.

Authorization and changes

• Every change or edit requires the owner’s authorization.
• Responding to reviews on the client’s behalf requires express, verifiable authorization.
• The client may review profile performance and change or revoke permissions at any time.

Results and reviews

• We do not guarantee rankings, calls, customers or continued placement in Google Search or Maps.
• We do not buy, fabricate or incentivize reviews. We support only ethical requests for authentic feedback.

Fees and eligibility

Google Business Profile is a free Google product. Clients pay only for Fix My Brand’s independent consulting, optimization and management work; no payment is made to Google.

Google Business Profiles are available to businesses that receive customers in person or physically travel to serve them. Online-only businesses may not be eligible.

Fix My Brand can meet clients in person in Waycross and nearby areas and also serves businesses remotely across the United States. We do not represent a public customer-facing office that does not exist.
